Drive HR technology advancements as a Human Resources Analyst at Vancouver Airport Authority. This full-time opportunity blends customer service with technical expertise in a hybrid work model.
As an HR Analyst, you'll partner with various departments to enhance the people technology platform and provide exceptional service. You must possess at least two years of relevant HRIS experience and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues across HR, Payroll, and Performance Management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as subject matter expert for HR technology
• Offer technical support for tier 1 and tier 2 inquiries
• Manage system configurations and ensure data accuracy
• Engage in documentation and business requirement gathering
• Assist in testing and implementing new HR technologies
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of HRIS experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with SAP Success Factors and HR systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
