Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain IT infrastructure systems
• Perform effective troubleshooting on equipment
• Mentor and guide junior technicians in their tasks
• Collaborate with teams and vendors on project execution
• Travel up to 75% to different customer locations
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in data centers
• Proven hands-on installation and troubleshooting expertise
• Ability to interpret technical documentation
• Nice to have:
Safety certifications like OSHA or NFPA 70E
• Capacity for independent work with minimal supervision
