This role involves collaborating with the Delivery team to implement Shopify Plus projects, ensuring your insights help shape business requirements and functional specifications. You will be responsible for comprehensive testing processes, documenting user stories, and acting as a liaison between technical teams and merchants to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and enhance Shopify Plus storefronts
• Develop user stories and functional requirements documents
• Lead QA efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collaborate on third-party system integrations
• Prepare training materials for merchants post-launch
Requirements:
• Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and integrations
• Experience leading QA and UAT processes
• Strong technical writing skills for documentation purposes
• Knowledge of Agile practices and backlog management
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
