Onsite Integration Technician

Position: Onsite Integration Technician at Trace3
Join Trace3 as an Integration Technician to manage technical sales order build-outs in a collaborative environment. Work onsite to integrate hardware and configure software aligning with customer requirements.

In this hands-on role, you will support operational success through configuring servers, networking, and storage solutions. The position requires three years of related experience, assisting with pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and managing build-outs to meet shipping deadlines. You will also update firmware, install operating systems, and troubleshoot system conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure servers, storage, and networking devices

• Perform racking, stacking, and documentation for built systems

• Manage customer sales orders for timely shipments

• Provide technical support to sales teams and customers

• Conduct technical research for troubleshooting purposes

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum three years in a related role

• Experience with Windows and Linux environments

• Strong technical support skills for teams

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
