In this pivotal role, you will be the first Lead Dev Ops & Platform Engineer at our organization, tasked with shaping the technical underpinnings of our software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span architecture, implementation, incident response, and security on a hands-on basis, all while collaborating with a team of international developers and Canadian contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish industry-standard Dev Ops practices and governance frameworks
• Own the architecture and security of the Azure platform
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep
• Standardize Git Hub Actions pipelines and repository governance
• Lead production incident response and implement blameless reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum seven years of hands-on Dev Ops experience
• Strong knowledge of Azure and Agile/SAFe practices
• Proven experience with Git Hub Actions and Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with AI-enabled applications in a production environment
• Degree in computer science or related field
Lead the evolution of our Azure platform and contribute to high-quality digital products.
