Marqeta is looking for a Senior Security Engineer with a passion for IAM and cloud-native systems, particularly AWS. In this role, you'll develop cutting-edge IAM strategies that protect access across our entire cloud infrastructure. Your work will include building IGA capabilities and overseeing privileged access management, directly influencing the security posture of Marqeta's innovative services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementations of identity governance and administration capabilities

• Automate IAM provisioning and access reviews using AI tools

• Design IAM solutions for AWS-native services and third-party tools

• Promote zero-trust principles across IAM policies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed IAM controls
Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in IAM-related roles

• In-depth knowledge of AWS IAM roles and policies

• Strong experience with IAM tools like Okta and Cyber Ark

• Expertise in scripting and automation frameworks

• Understanding of compliance and security standards
