As an SAP Success Factors System Analyst, you’ll explore opportunities within a collaborative team while managing competing priorities. With a minimum of five years of experience, this role requires hands-on configuration skills in Employee Central and Onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include defect resolution and supporting system testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure the Employee Central module according to requirements

• Support Benefits module and onboarding solutions

• Analyze business needs and propose system solutions

• Identify and resolve configuration issues

• Collaborate across teams for successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in SAP Success Factors Core HR

• Experience with Employee Central configuration

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication skills
