CRM Consultant

Position: Dynamic CRM Consultant with Two Circles
Take on an impactful role as a Dynamics CRM Consultant at Two Circles, focusing on driving client revenues and audience growth in sports marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for client-facing engagements using Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Service. Your skills in business analysis and process mapping will help shape tailored solutions, and your leadership will guide junior team members. You will engage directly with high-level decision-makers to meet diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops for requirement gathering and use cases

• Ensure project timelines and documents are met

• Create comprehensive workflow and requirement specifications

• Collaborate with client teams on solution effectiveness

• Train and upskill junior Microsoft Dynamics associates

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

• Strong background in business systems analysis

• Capable of producing functional design documentation

• Experience supporting UAT processes and creation of training materials

• Knowledge of Sales processes within Dynamics 365
