Position: BDO Digital Senior Consultant for Dynamics 365
Become a Senior Finance Consultant at BDO Digital and specialize in Dynamics 365 F&O within a hybrid work environment in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. Lead ERP projects that enhance client operations and growth.
This senior role will position you as a trusted advisor during ERP implementations, where you'll lead teams and mentor less experienced consultants. You will analyze business objectives and streamline finance processes to ensure optimal performance. Training client staff on new systems will also be a key component of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client ERP implementations as a senior consultant

• Offer mentorship to consultants and project teams

• Analyze business needs and suggest improvements

• Enhance ROI through streamlined business processes

• Conduct training sessions for client staff
Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O experience

• Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementations

• Additional knowledge in Trade & Logistics or HR preferred

• Relevant Microsoft certifications highly regarded

• Strong functional understanding of finance systems
