You will provide hands-on technical direction, manage IT operational plans, and mentor staff. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance IT solutions aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to deliver services
• Provide technical direction for SaaS and PaaS solutions
• Implement solutions through rapid, iterative enhancements
• Mentor technical and managerial team members
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Eight years of related experience, two in management
• Strong knowledge of IT operations management
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
