Become part of Vancity's mission as a Dev Ops Engineering Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia. Lead modernization initiatives to ensure the rapid and secure delivery of critical systems.
This full-time position requires a leader passionate about developing teams and driving continuous improvement. Collaborate with diverse teams, including SRE and Security, to foster a culture of accountability. You will also govern automated processes while reducing operational risks and enhancing service outcomes for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and cultivate a culture of accountability in Dev Ops teams
• Design and evolve automated pipelines across cloud infrastructures
• Collaborate with Security, Product, and Architecture for compliance
• Enhance process reliability and reduce operational risks
Requirements:
• 7+ years of Dev Ops experience, with 5+ in leadership
• Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops and automation
• Relevant certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Ability to drive strategy into actionable execution
