As a vital member of Clio’s Customer Success team, your role centers around ensuring seamless implementations for our esteemed customers. You will leverage your project management expertise and strong communication skills to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all project phases from planning to launch, adapting strategies based on customer feedback, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams and partners

• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear deliverables

• Identify and mitigate potential risks during implementations

• Communicate effectively through regular updates and presentations

• Foster relationships with customers as a trusted advisor

Requirements:

• 2+ years in project management or implementation consulting

• Experience in change management within tech settings

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
