Ericsson LTE and 5G Network Technician

Become an integral part of Ericsson as an LTE and 5G Network Technician, focusing on installation and maintenance within Canadian networks. This role requires expertise in network troubleshooting and service continuity.

As a Wireless Telecom Network Technician, you will bridge field operations with core network support, ensuring reliable connectivity from cell sites to data centers. Your proficiency in RF testing and hands-on experience with various network components will support both LTE and 5G networks. An on-call schedule will be necessary for timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commissioning of RAN infrastructure

• Conduct RF performance optimization and troubleshooting

• Install and support microwave backhaul systems

• Address network outages and perform maintenance

• Document network changes and compliance procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant technical discipline

• Minimum 3 years in telecommunications

• Valid driver's license and climbing certification

• Comfort in diverse working environments

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
