As our first Lead Dev Ops Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our software development lifecycle. This hands-on position requires expertise across architecture, security, and Dev Ops practices. Collaborate with product teams to implement scalable standards that enhance delivery efficiency and product reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement industry-standard Dev Ops frameworks and governance
• Manage Azure platform performance and security proactively
• Setup Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines for efficiency
• Create comprehensive monitoring and incident response strategies
• Facilitate documentation and compliance with ITSM best practices
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Dev Ops or platform engineering roles
• Solid experience with Azure and cloud infrastructure management
• Deep understanding of Git Hub Actions and Terraform
• Strong focus on cloud security and operational excellence
• Prior experience with AI-enabled services and tools
