Copperleaf Director, Information Security Operations

Take charge of Copperleaf's information security operations as their Director. This full-time position involves overseeing threat management, compliance standards, and security strategy execution.

As the Director of Information Security Operations, you will develop and direct extensive security measures while collaborating with various teams to ensure robust risk management processes. Your experience will be essential in aligning security operations with business goals and ensuring compliance in regulated environments. Focus on maturing security practices and leveraging AI tools for enhanced resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct end-to-end incident response and recovery

• Manage risk assessment and mitigation plans

• Establish and track key security KPIs

• Oversee compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards

• Enhance vulnerability management and threat intelligence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or relevant field

• At least 10 years of progressive security experience

• Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and SaaS security

• Proven leadership in fast-paced, critical environments

• Familiarity with AI security governance and compliance
