Humanoid is searching for an IT Office Support Specialist to join our Vancouver operations. This role centers on delivering vital IT support, overseeing endpoint configurations, and managing hardware and asset procedures. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be essential in identifying improvements while collaborating with engineers and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary IT contact for local staff
• Troubleshoot and support diverse technical environments
• Configure endpoints across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Manage procurement and track IT assets efficiently
• Ensure functionality of meeting room AV systems
Requirements:
• 2+ years in IT support or office technical roles
• Experience configuring multiple operating systems
• Knowledge of MDM solutions like Jump Cloud
• Strong communication skills with technical staff
• Basic understanding of networking tasks and diagnostics
