Position: Technical Project Manager at TechPOS International
Drive innovation at TechPOS International Corp. as a Technical Project Manager. Oversee engineering and product life cycles while managing Scrum teams in a dynamic retail tech environment.

In this role, you will blend strategic leadership with technical execution, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. Collaborate with development, QA, and Dev Ops to maintain transparency and accountability. Your expertise in Dev Ops workflows and Agile methodologies will lead project milestones to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum teams through effective sprint planning and retrospectives

• Oversee Dev Ops workflows, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines

• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables

• Ensure cross-functional alignment among product, dev, QA, and design

• Track milestones using Asana, Jira, and Git Hub

Requirements:

• 4+ years of technical project management or Scrum Master experience

• Solid understanding of Dev Ops practices and cloud infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with agile software development teams

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
