Identity and Access Management Analyst Role

As an IAM Analyst at the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization, you're tasked with ensuring compliant access management throughout the organization. With at least 4 years of experience under your belt, you'll develop user provisioning protocols and enforce strict access controls. This collaborative role interacts regularly with IT and business units to enhance authentication mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee user lifecycle from onboarding to de-provisioning
• Enforce role-based access and privileged access management
• Conduct audits and periodic access reviews for compliance
• Collaborate with cybersecurity on IAM strategies
• Document processes and look for automation opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in IAM or IT security roles
• Knowledge of IAM tools like Entra Microsoft Defender
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with security frameworks
