Senior Compute & Storage Architect Role

Lead the Compute & Storage domain for CC&L Financial Group's Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering team. This senior role focuses on architectural strategy, virtualization, and enterprise storage in a hybrid work model.

As a Compute & Storage Domain Architect, you will shape the strategic direction of enterprise-scale infrastructure platforms for one of Canada’s top asset managers. You will be responsible for defining architectural standards, driving technology investments, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires strong expertise in virtualization, storage, and hybrid environments while balancing long-term strategy with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own architecture, strategy, and roadmap for Compute & Storage domain

• Define target-state architectures and platform standards

• Make key technology decisions for workload hosting and resiliency

• Establish standardized patterns for scalability and operational efficiency

• Evaluate emerging technologies for platform modernization

Requirements:

• 10+ years in enterprise-scale infrastructure design

• Significant experience in technical leadership roles

• Strong expertise in virtualization and storage environments

• Proven ability to influence technical direction
