The Pacific Immigrant Resources Society seeks a skilled volunteer to aid in enhancing its website for greater accessibility and functionality. This position is crucial in ensuring that immigrant and refugee women can easily navigate resources and services. Working with the Communications team, you'll help refine content and improve the overall user journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct a comprehensive review of website usability
• Recommend UX and accessibility improvements
• Refine website structure for better user engagement
• Support layout updates and content revisions
• Identify outdated materials and streamline navigation
Requirements:
• Background in website management and UX principles
• Understanding of accessibility best practices
• Experience with Google Analytics beneficial
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Proficient written and verbal communication in English
