As the Director of Cyber Security Operations, you will directly influence Global Relay's ability to combat cyber threats. With significant leadership experience in security operations, you’ll enhance the organization's resilience while aligning operational goals with strategic business priorities. You will build a highly capable team focused on achieving operational maturity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy for Security Operations

• Lead Incident Response and Threat Intelligence initiatives

• Establish performance measures and executive reporting

• Provide leadership during cyber incidents and crisis events

• Collaborate with Security Architecture for new capabilities

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years in Cyber Security leadership

• Experience in enterprise Security Operations and Incident Response

• Understanding of modern security technology disciplines

• Knowledge of industry security frameworks and standards

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
