NTT DATA is seeking a Field Tech-Mobile Support to join our Vancouver team. The role requires onsite work and involves providing Apple and Windows device support for employees, including walk-up and remote assistance.
You will diagnose, repair, configure, and maintain end-user technology while delivering a positive customer experience. Preferred candidates have 2–4 years in end-user/desktop support, strong knowledge of Windows and macOS/iOS, and a high school diploma (degree preferred).
