Join our dynamic team as an IT Support and System Administrator, focusing on ERP systems and daily IT operations. This role combines technical problem-solving with a passion for the retail and music industry.

We're seeking a proactive IT Support and System Administrator with at least two years of experience in customer-facing roles. You'll provide ERP support while managing hardware and cloud environments like Microsoft 365. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting diverse IT issues across retail and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide user support for ERP system issues

• Monitor and optimize ERP system performance

• Deploy hardware and manage IT resources

• Conduct training sessions for new hires

• Perform desktop maintenance at retail locations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in IT support roles

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to participate in on-call support

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus
