Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant - Lead Enterprise M365, Security & Modern Workplace Transformations

Agrilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior M365 Consultant in the entertainment industry in MONTREAL, Quebec. We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to design, optimize, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 environments across collaboration, security, identity, compliance, and endpoint management domains. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who thrives in complex client environments, enjoys solving challenging technical issues, and can confidently guide stakeholders through modernization, migration, governance, and security initiatives.

• Design, configure, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions
• Troubleshoot complex identity, security, messaging, and collaboration issues
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support tenant migrations, modernization projects, and platform enhancements
• Implement governance, compliance, and security best practices
• Collaborate with delivery teams including architects, security specialists, and project managers
• Opportunity to lead enterprise Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives
• Exposure to security, compliance, governance, and modernization projects
• Collaborate with architects, security specialists, and engineering teams

• Bring 10+ years of Microsoft 365 administration, engineering, and consulting experience
• Demonstrate deep expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive
• Administer Microsoft Entra , Intune, Defender, and Purview environments
• Troubleshoot identity, access management, security, compliance, and collaboration platforms
• Support enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations
• Apply knowledge of Zero Trust, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Information Protection strategies

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams
• Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, and stakeholder sessions effectively
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
• Balance strategic consulting with hands-on technical execution

Total rewards: $75.00 - $85.00 hourly
