Director of Infrastructure - Cloud Focus

Drive cloud infrastructure excellence at a prominent Canadian SaaS company in Vancouver as the Director of Infrastructure Operations. This hybrid role emphasizes accountability and leadership in a fast-growing team.

You will spearhead the management of Cloud Infrastructure teams while ensuring that operational practices are aligned with the company’s vision. Working closely with product and security teams, you will establish governance and repeatable processes that enhance service delivery and infrastructure maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for cloud architects, engineers, and administrators

• Develop infrastructure operations roadmap and standards

• Partner with stakeholders to enhance SDLC and remove bottlenecks

• Ensure client environments meet performance and security standards

• Manage the budget and relationships with key vendors

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years in cloud or infrastructure roles

• Extensive experience in people leadership within engineering

• Deep understanding of Azure services and CI/CD workflows

• Strong risk management and compliance knowledge

• Proven ability to influence across diverse teams
