Position: Data I/O Supervisor at Company 3
Lead the Data I/O team at Company 3 in Vancouver, BC, guiding workflows while enhancing best practices. This onsite role demands expertise in Linux systems and collaboration with production staff.

As a Supervisor of Data I/O, you'll manage a team of data technicians, ensuring effective operation protocols. You will also facilitate project management across locations and train new staff in data tasks.

Your role mandates communication and support for various departments, particularly regarding client transfers and hosting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train data technicians on workflows

• Collaborate with production staff for project management

• Manage vendor onboarding for client platforms

• Triage and delegate tasks effectively to team

• Participate in troubleshooting for data deliveries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Linux and shell tools

• Familiarity with Color Science and image processing

• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Avid

• Experienced in managing teams of 5

• Understanding of ticketing systems like JIRA
