About the role Remarcable is on the lookout for an Implementation Specialist to facilitate the integration of our innovative platform with various client accounting and ERP systems. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding electrical contractors through the onboarding journey, ensuring that their financial workflows are seamlessly aligned with our software solutions. Your expertise will help clients maximize the benefits of our platform, enhancing their operational efficiency.

Compensation: CA $75K - CA $90K plus bonus

• Evaluate and analyze client accounting processes to effectively map purchasing, invoicing, and accounts payable workflows into our platform.
• Configure essential financial data fields, including general ledger accounts, cost codes, and vendor files, to ensure smooth integration between Remarcable and external ERP systems.
• Oversee the complete setup and launch process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
• Provide continuous technical support to address data synchronization errors and resolve any financial integration challenges that may arise.
• Conduct comprehensive training workshops aimed at assisting accounting teams with the adoption of our platform and automation of accounts payable processes.
• Support existing clients in realigning their workflows as they transition to new accounting software, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features based on client feedback and integration experiences.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, onboarding processes, and technical issues to improve future implementations.

• A degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Solid understanding of corporate accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proven ability to translate complex back-office business processes into effective software configurations.
• Experience in managing customer onboarding timelines and adeptness at troubleshooting support cases efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Familiarity with mid-market financial or ERP systems that enhance your understanding of client needs.
• Experience with construction-specific accounting software such as Sage 100/300 CRE, Foundation, or Trimble Viewpoint, which would be beneficial in understanding client-specific challenges.
• Previous experience in a technical support role, particularly in a SaaS environment, is a plus.
