Vancouver AI Enablement Specialist Role

This hybrid position reports to the Director of Corporate IT Services, focusing on user training, tool management, and AI advocacy. You will play a pivotal role in empowering teams through effective onboarding and education about AI tools, enabling an environment of innovation and accountability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enable non-technical users with AI capabilities

• Monitor and manage AI tool subscriptions

• Facilitate AI Working group meetings and documentation

• Provide feedback to engineering on user experiences

• Run ongoing training and engagement sessions

Requirements:

• 7+ years in IT operations or product management

• At least 2 years of experience with AI platforms

• Understanding of basics like prompt engineering

• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse audiences

• Relevant degree or certifications in computer science
