Summer IT Operations Co-op

Position: Summer IT Operations Co-op at Hootsuite
Gain hands-on IT experience with Hootsuite as a Summer 2026 Co-op in Vancouver, BC. Support Helpdesk tasks, deploy hardware, and troubleshoot tech issues while collaborating with a global team.

This on-site position offers a four-month term starting September 12th, 2026. As a Co-op, you will help resolve IT challenges, including laptop setups and AV installations.

Your role will involve close supervision and effective communication to ensure problem resolution while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy laptops and hardware for new users

• Configure and wipe Mac Book leases

• Maintain and install office desk hardware

• Update management systems with offboarded hardware

• Document procedures in the ticketing system

Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting Mac and Windows OS

• Knowledge of meeting room hardware and AV gear

• Ability to explain technical issues to users

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems

• Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
