EY Technology Consulting is a fast‑moving, high‑growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Manager – SAP Analytics to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We seek an individual who combines SAP Analytics technical aptitude with an affinity for helping clients and growing our business.

• Lead client teams and EY teams to arrive at enterprise SAP Analytics solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and synchronized with ever‑changing business needs.
• Provide SAP Analytics solution architecture expertise and thought leadership.
• Actively invest in and mentor team members on and off projects to create a followership, expand our expertise and capabilities, and increase collaboration with our offshore team.

• Strong written and verbal client‑facing communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with clients daily.
• Ability to effectively work with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative, inclusive work environment.
• Experience with proposal writing and delivering oral presentations.
• Interest in staying abreast of business and industry trends related to SAP Analytics.
• Forward‑thinking, self‑starter who thrives on and adapts quickly to new challenges.
• Strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with professionalism.
• Strong knowledge of the overall SAP Reporting and Analytics roadmap and experience assisting clients to understand the myriad of options available to them. Includes preparing the business case to define an appropriate roadmap and ultimately helping them execute that roadmap.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance, or related major.
• 6 to 10 years of experience implementing SAP Analytics/BI solutions, including numerous years of hands‑on experience.
• Strong SAP Datasphere experience; proven expertise in SAP Datasphere is essential.
• Experience with solution architecture for SAP Analytics solutions including SAP BW/4
  
  HANA, SLT, HANA Modeling, SAP Datasphere, SAP CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) is a bonus.
• Microsoft Fabric experience is a bonus.
• Experience implementing SAP Datasphere including data acquisition, modeling, views, analytical models, replication flows and transformation flows.
• Delivered full life‑cycle SAP Analytics solutions (prepare, high‑level design, detailed design, build, test, deploy, support) in Business Intelligence using SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, SAP BW/4
  
  HANA, CDS Views, and SAC platforms.
• Extensive experience in implementing SAP Analytics solutions including data modeling using CDS views, calculation views (graphical and scripted) and virtual data models, HANA data provisioning and HANA security.
• Implementation/Migration experience of moving SAP BW to SAP Datasphere or HANA and excellent experience with BW/4
  
  HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 and ECC data models and analysis is a must.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Preferred candidates will have an SAP Analytics certification.

• Systems thinking – ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking).
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non‑technical people.
• Project and program management planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to deal with abstract concepts and communicate these effectively through compelling written and graphical materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology consultants through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion and testing.
