You Are a transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human super‑power is using your know‑how, creativity and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems. You’re comfortable leading projects and teams as well as diving into the details of work streams and configuring Oracle solutions.

• Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud/Fusion Project Portfolio Management functionality.
• Configure the Cloud/Fusion PPM and Cloud Assets Applications based on client requirements.
• Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding best practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
• Provide thought leadership around industry best practices for improving operation efficiencies and profitability of client business, preferably in gas and oil.
• Assist in documenting and performing application set‑ups for test instances, review configuration with client lead to obtain sign off, and raise issues to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Support project team for successful delivery through all phases of the implementation and lead weekly project status meetings.
• Act as mentor for professional growth of project team personnel and provide guidance to strengthen their skills.
• Encourage teamwork and positive working relationships within the project team.

• Experience with the business processes across all Oracle Cloud/Fusion Project Portfolio Management modules to include Contracts, Costing, Control, Billing, Project & Task Management, and Reporting.
• Experience with the business processes across all Oracle Cloud/Fusion Assets.
• Communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Resolves problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project management as appropriate.
• Successfully manages relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Effectively produces deliverables.
• Contributes to presales efforts as required.
• Coaches and develops others on project team.
• Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during bid development and project execution.
• Successful experience as an Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications Functional Lead on at least 3 full‑cycle implementations.

Annual Salary Range:
British Columbia/Ontario $99,450 to $209,900.
