Lead cutting-edge Dev Sec Ops  initiatives with Marsh, focusing on Secure-SDLC and application security. Enhance software development processes while ensuring security is integrated by design.
Marsh seeks a Dev Sec Ops  and Secure-SDLC Engineer to spearhead critical security initiatives. With over 5 years of relevant experience, you will enhance the Secure Software Development Lifecycle while integrating security measures across cloud and traditional architectures.

Your role will involve standardizing security tools and adapting security policies to agile development methodologies, ensuring the delivery of secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of Secure-SDLC and application security standards

• Assess and standardize application security tools for processes

• Draft user-friendly documentation for security frameworks

• Integrate security scanning tools into the Dev Sec Ops  pipeline

• Advise on industry best practices and compliance impacts
Requirements:

• 5+ years in Dev Sec Ops  and Secure-SDLC

• Relevant certifications like CISSP or CSSLP

• Strong automation and toolchain design skills

• Experience with application security analysis tools

• Profound understanding of agile methodologies
You will leverage security best practices to ensure robust, secure software delivery across Marsh's initiatives.
