Tekshapers is seeking a senior Service Now leader to drive technical delivery and application management for the BC Hydro technology stack in a Vancouver area setting. You will own platform configuration, scripting, and integration delivery to ensure high-quality ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB services.
Responsibilities include shaping technical designs, guiding developers, and coordinating with architects, stakeholders, offshore teams and vendors to enable secure, scalable service operations.
