As a member of the Global Functions Technology team, you will play a critical role in supporting applications across diverse business functions. Your responsibilities will include investigating technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in Agile projects to ensure production stability. Additionally, you will provide coaching to junior staff and work with vendors on application support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve medium to highly complex technical issues in applications
• Collaborate with business clients for timely reporting
• Proactively identify emerging issues and resolve them
• Participate in Agile development projects promoting application stability
• Lead support initiatives and maintain SLA compliance
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a production support role
• Strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX, and Windows technologies
• Expertise in data analysis and ITIL methodologies
• Understanding of SRE concepts and automated solutions
• Computer Science degree or equivalent
