In this position, you will guide two Solution Architects within the Enterprise Solutions team, blending hands-on architecture with effective people management. Your leadership will ensure that Quad Real’s technology solutions are secure, modern, and aligned with business objectives. Key technical skills include knowledge of Architectural frameworks, cloud technologies, and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor Solution Architects in their professional growth
• Oversee architecture deliverables and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure team roles and responsibilities are well-defined
• Maintain awareness of current technology and architecture patterns
• Foster a customer-centric culture in all interactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years leading technical teams
• 6+ years of relevant architecture experience
• Strong understanding of TOGAF and cloud integration practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven storytelling and relationship-building skills
