Senior SEO Consultant

Senior SEO Consultant role leading SEO strategy for client accounts. Responsibilities include setting SEO program direction, conducting complex SEO audits and analyses, developing measurement frameworks, analyzing data from multiple SEO tools, creating actionable recommendations, leading technical SEO work streams, advancing content and AI Search visibility, managing delivery quality, mentoring junior consultants, supporting account growth, and improving SEO practice. Requires 3-5+ years SEO experience with strong technical SEO skills, advanced SEO analysis capabilities, proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Data Studio, AI visibility platforms), strong communication and client management skills, working knowledge of AI Search, and project ownership.

Preferred experience includes Big Query, SQL, Python, server log analysis, API reporting, international and e-commerce SEO, link building, digital PR, SEO testing, and sales support. Position is full-time, hybrid work model, based in Vancouver, with an annual salary range of $75,000-$80,000 plus discretionary incentives.
