In this advanced role, you will provide technical leadership and develop a new Quality Test Framework within the Enterprise Automation and Service Delivery team. You will prioritize automated testing approaches, design test plans, and evaluate tools such as Workday and Mule Soft. Additionally, your leadership will ensure compliance with best practices to enhance the overall quality of software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of quality assurance strategies

• Develop automated testing frameworks and coverage

• Manage QA initiatives across multiple work streams

• Train teams on compliance with quality standards

• Provide technical guidance during testing phases

Requirements:

• Minimum of eight years relevant experience

• At least two years in a managerial capacity

• Strong knowledge of testing and defect management tools

• Experience with large program implementations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
