The OpportunityWe're looking to fill an opening for a Technology Change Control Analyst to join our Technology Ops & Support Partners team.
Reporting to the Manager, Technology Change Control, the Technology Change Control Analyst supports the governance and coordination of IT changes across Aviso's technology environment.
The role helps ensure IT changes are properly assessed, approved, scheduled, communicated, implemented, and reviewed in alignment with ITIL practices, internal controls, and audit/compliance expectations.
The Analyst will monitor adherence to change governance requirements, support the end-to-end lifecycle of standard, normal, and emergency changes, and escalates exceptions, risks, and control gaps as required.

- Facilitate the intake, review, approval, scheduling, and closure of IT change requests
- Draft and manage Change Advisory Board and Emergency Change Advisory Board (CAB/ECAB) materials and follow up on decisions, approvals, and required actions
- Review and assess change records for completeness, including risk, impact, implementation, rollback, testing and communication plans
- Maintain the forward schedule of change and identify potential conflicts or high-risk change windows
- Support post-implementation reviews and track remediation actions for failed or high-impact changes
- Help produce, analyze and interpret change metrics, dashboards, and audit evidence for management and compliance reviews
- Partner with stakeholders to assess and mitigate incident and problem management activities, when change-related issues contribute to service disruption
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities and implementing enhancements aligned with ITIL practices, internal controls, and audit/compliance expectations
- Support the development and execution of technology change control strategy, standards, and operating procedures to ensure service stability and operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT change management, IT service management, technology operations, or a related environment
- Demonstrated capability of ITIL change, incident, problem, and release management practices
- Experience working with ITSM tools such as Service Now, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms;
Service Now experience is preferred - Experience in financial services, trading or wealth management is an asset
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high‑impact situations
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
