Information Management Systems Analyst Role

Lead transformative IT solutions as a Senior Systems Analyst for Nova Scotia Health. Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance technology in healthcare systems within a hybrid work environment.

In this key role, you'll be pivotal in evaluating, designing, and supporting information management solutions across various health services. You’ll report to the IM/IT Primary Care Manager and work closely with stakeholders to maintain systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement system change requests efficiently

• Troubleshoot and escalate application issues as necessary

• Develop comprehensive documentation for end-users

• Ensure compliance with policies and service agreements

• Maintain ongoing communication with healthcare leaders and users

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

• 5+ years in Technology or Health Analysis domains

• 2+ years’ experience in systems or application support

• Knowledge of healthcare applications preferred

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
