In this unique opportunity, you’ll utilize your 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics or Engineering to build and refine dashboards tailored for diverse audiences. As the first dedicated analyst, you will support data quality assurance efforts and align team members on metrics. Utilize your advanced knowledge of tools like SQL and Power BI to develop actionable insights that promote data-driven decisions throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for stakeholders

• Implement best practices in data visualization and report performance

• Create a comprehensive KPI/data dictionary for reports

• Validate key metrics and reconcile anomalies in the data

• Educate team members on effective usage of reports

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics

• Educational background in Computer Science is preferred

• Proficient in Power BI and SQL knowledge

• Experience with Power Query for data validation

• Interest in Construction Management reporting concepts is beneficial
