Be a vital part of Two Circles as an Analyst for Workplace Technology. Provide essential support across Windows and macOS platforms in a dynamic global environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our global team members have the necessary tech tools to excel. You will engage directly with users to troubleshoot technical problems and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new staff. Collaborating with senior team members, you'll work to enhance workflows and systems, making a positive difference in user experience. A customer-centric approach is key in this proactive role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first line of support for tech-related queries
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows and macOS systems
• Assist with technology setups for onboarding new employees
• Collaborate on systems and workflow improvements
• Identify opportunities to enhance workplace technology
Requirements:
• Aspiration for a career in workplace technology
• Previous IT support experience is beneficial
• Strong communicator to share technical insights
