The role seeks a seasoned professional with 5 to 18 years of experience in ITIL and ITOM practices. • Assess business requirements and enhance solution designs
• Lead design for key ITSM processes and ITOM architecture
• Define CMDB governance and integration strategies
• Provide architectural reviews for enhancements and platform changes
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Service Now architecture and implementation
• Strong ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Sec Ops experience
• Expertise in Service Now platform configuration and scripting
• Knowledge of Agile development and Dev Ops practices
• Effective communication with technical and executive stakeholders
