As the leader of the Enterprise Data & AI organization, you will manage the enterprise data platform, focusing on scalability, security, and integration for analytics across the company. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure alignment and foster an inclusive, innovative culture within data management. Lead the charge in optimizing data capabilities that support key business outcomes.

• Oversee the enterprise data platform's design and operation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics or related field

• 8-10+ years of experience in data engineering

• 5+ years in a leadership role focused on data platforms

• Strong skills in cloud data architecture and frameworks

• Effective in stakeholder management across technical teams
