IT Manager for Cloud Migration

RLG is looking for a hands-on IT Manager to navigate their cloud-first transition in Vancouver, BC. Lead a skilled team and oversee critical IT governance and security functions.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will report to the CFO and take charge of IT infrastructure while prioritizing cloud migration. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships, incident control, and architecture decisions, as well as directing a managed service provider. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct infrastructure and identity architecture decisions

• Lead the transition from on-premises to cloud platforms

• Set and enforce security policies and governance

• Manage vendor contracts and IT budgets

• Administer Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance

Requirements:

• 7+ years in IT with focus on infrastructure and security

• 2+ years managing vendors and budgets

• Hands-on experience with virtualization and enterprise networking

• Proficiency in hybrid identity architecture

• Knowledge of AI governance considerations
