In this role, you will spearhead data-driven initiatives at Electronic Arts, utilizing machine learning to create models that detect cheating and ensure fair play. Collaborating closely with product, security, and operations teams, you will not only analyze complex data but also translate insights into effective compliance and enforcement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives across the organization
• Design fraud detection and risk scoring models
• Investigate gaming abuse patterns and develop tactical responses
• Establish best practice evaluations for models
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related domains
• Strong skills in Python or R, SQL
• Experience with large-scale behavioral datasets
• Proven project leadership from definition to deployment
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams
Lead innovative analytics to protect and enhance player experiences at Electronic Arts.
