In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of both on-premises and cloud facilities s critical position reports to the VP of Technology Operations and involves close collaboration with various teams, including security and application management. Your expertise will empower the team to meet operational demands while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day infrastructure and cloud operations

• Direct teams across security, application, and system administration

• Execute and align with security policies and architectural standards

• Partner with incident management for controlled deployments

• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in operations leadership

• Experience in hybrid infrastructures (e.g., Azure, AWS)

• Strong knowledge in networking and database management

• Proven ability to manage change and risk effectively
