Position: Consultant I for Implementation Excellence
Experience implementation success with the company as an Implementation Consultant I in Vancouver. This pivotal role blends technical expertise and project management within a hybrid work environment.

In the Implementation Consultant I role, you will facilitate the onboarding of small to mid-sized customers, aligning their business requirements with the capabilities of the company’s platform. You will engage in project management, assist with technical configurations, and ensure a smooth transition to a modern financial system. This is your chance to elevate the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate meetings, capturing notes and guiding discussions

• Translate client needs into platform configurations

• Assist with implementation timelines to ensure on-track progress

• Help clients prepare for go-live with training and documentation

• Collaborate with the Implementation team for feedback and improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in customer-facing roles, preferably SaaS

• Familiarity with project management basics

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Organized and detail-oriented approach

• Cross-functional collaboration skills essential
