Position: M365 Support Specialist for SharePoint and Power Apps
Become an integral M365 Support Specialist focused on SharePoint Online and Power Apps, providing operational excellence and user support. This role involves hands-on administrative tasks and monitoring service performance.

As a specialist, you will oversee M365 application operations, ensuring efficient incident resolution and user support across SharePoint and Power Platform. You'll manage tenant permissions, facilitate migrations, and perform health checks to enhance system operations. This role requires collaboration with business users and technical teams to address issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day M365 operations for SharePoint and Power Apps

• Address incidents and service requests in a timely manner

• Facilitate SharePoint site administration and migrations

• Monitor Power Platform health and troubleshoot issues

• Prepare SOPs and documentation for operational processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of M365 administration experience

• Strong background in SharePoint Online and Power Apps

• Familiarity with ITIL incident and service management

• Ability to prepare documentation and reports

• Excellent communication skills for team interaction
