As the Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist, you will focus on mentoring business users, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring effective communication. You will help users define use cases, handle support queries, and capture valuable feedback for continuous improvement. Your efforts will enable teams to confidently embrace Copilot and agent capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and training for Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences

• Triage common issues related to agent and access concerns

• Create job aids, training materials, and FAQs for users

• Partner with cross-functional teams on mentorship and support

• Capture user feedback and success stories for improvement

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills

• Experience in digital workplace support and training

• Familiarity with agents and lifecycle support processes

• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 are a plus
