We are looking for a high performing Senior Technical Solutions Delivery Manager to own the technical delivery and implementation of VoPay solutions for our enterprise customers. This is a critical post sales role responsible for taking ownership of a customer implementation following contract signature and guiding it through integration, testing, production readiness, and successful go live.

You will receive the solution architecture and requirements established during the pre sales process and translate them into an executable implementation plan. Working directly with customer product and engineering teams, you will serve as the primary technical delivery owner throughout the implementation lifecycle. This is a hands on technical role. You will be expected to understand customer architectures, work directly with APIs and webhooks, analyze requests and responses, troubleshoot integrations, identify technical blockers, and guide customers toward successful implementation decisions.

Your ultimate objective is simple:
get customers successfully integrated, live, and transacting on VoPay as efficiently as possible.

• Take ownership of newly signed customers following the formal handoff from Sales and the Technical Solutions Pre Sales team.
• Review and validate the agreed solution architecture, business requirements, use cases, payment flows, technical dependencies, and implementation scope.
• Translate the proposed solution into a detailed technical implementation plan with clear milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and timelines.
• Identify potential implementation risks and technical gaps early and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Establish clear implementation expectations with both customer and internal stakeholders.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer product and engineering teams throughout implementation.
• Guide customers through integration with VoPay's APIs, webhooks, SDKs, authentication methods, and platform capabilities.
• Work directly with customer developers to troubleshoot API requests and responses, payload structures, authentication issues, webhook configurations, transaction workflows, and integration errors.
• Use tools such as Postman, API logs, developer tools, and sandbox environments to diagnose and resolve technical integration issues.
• Provide implementation guidance and technical recommendations based on customer architecture and use cases.
• Ensure integrations follow VoPay's technical standards, security requirements, and recommended implementation practices.

• Own the customer implementation lifecycle from contract signature through successful production launch.
• Establish and manage implementation milestones, technical dependencies, customer deliverables, internal deliverables, and launch timelines.
• Coordinate resources across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, and other internal teams as required.
• Proactively identify and remove technical blockers that could delay implementation.
• Maintain clear visibility into implementation status, risks, dependencies, and next steps for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations while maintaining delivery quality and customer experience.
• Escalate critical risks and dependencies early and drive them toward resolution.

• Guide customers through sandbox testing and end to end validation of their integration.
• Define and manage testing requirements and production readiness criteria.
• Validate critical transaction flows, webhooks, error handling, reconciliation processes, permissions, and other implementation requirements.
• Coordinate internal and customer stakeholders during production activation and go live.
• Ensure technical, operational, security, and compliance dependencies are completed prior to production launch.
• Support customers through their initial production transactions and help resolve launch related issues.
• Ensure a structured handoff to Customer Success following successful implementation and stabilization.

• Develop deep expertise across VoPay's platform, architecture, APIs, and product capabilities.
